Collective Engagement...

I find working with groups of engaged individuals to be a tremendous learning and growth opportunity for all involved. When we can seek and source wisdom as a collective, there is no challenge that cannot be met as a deep and creative opportunity to respond, to grow, to evolve, and to participate with our larger contexts as a community of wealth. Truly, beauty can be found together.

Group & Teams

Yours may be a volunteer group seeking to expand your capacity to serve through your church, civic organization or community initiative. You may be a high functioning cohort of corporate executives (for executive coaching, see Wisdom Dialogues). Perhaps you are a leader serving your team to tackle the next creative initiative. Whether seeking to surge ahead, create a tighter integration, overcome interpersonal challenges, or maybe all three, our premise for engagement is that all you need is in the room and with slight mind shifts you can collectively achieve, create, and overcome far more than you imagined.

You may have heard the phrase “We are the ones we have been waiting for.” While its origins as a formal statement may remain ambiguous, the truth of the sentiment shines brightly in our eyes. Through the process of Wisdom Dialogue, your collective will undoubtedly find the profound and valuable simplicity behind that statement.

As well as working with professional groups, I have found it a rewarding and collectively stimulating experience to work with student groups. Regardless of the field of inquiry — medicine, psychotherapy, ethics, biology, architecture, or beyond — bringing a recognition of wisdom to the dialogue can profoundly deepen student engagement and learning.

Whether it’s your team of three or your department of hundreds, cultivating a culture of wisdom awareness and attention is a vital ingredient to a thriving and sustainable future.
