But for exhaustion…
Writing for a moment, but for exhaustion…
It’s been an absolutely intense few days. I’ll go on in detail once I feel resettled, but I may not write more than a few words a day for the next few days or so.
I’ve started interviewing for new caregivers, and am working on a concise MettaCare write up.
I’m really only putting these words here to stay in the habit of writing at least something and also because I know that some readers of this blog do so regularly to stay up to date on my local events.
I’m well and surprisingly happy, but just about everything else is requiring everything I’ve got to manage.
Home alone this afternoon and not long ago a piercing buzzing alarm sound asserted itself in the household quiet. Thinking the power had gone out everywhere I shutdown my computer and went looking.
Turns out the power only went down on the Internet. I’m posting this using my phone as the modem.
It also turned out that Cassandra was resting in the guest room and emerged with groggy eyes and was able to help silence the racket after about 20 minutes and turn my computer back on.
It seems like intensity is the theme for many of us right now. Hang in there, we’ll get through this. And for those of you that don’t know what I’m talking about, congratulations! Someone nearby could probably use a hand. 🙂
God gets to know things, we just get to ask questions…
