MettaCare Foundations

— a Care Awareness practice for individuals and systems.

For physicians, care workers, receivers of care, family of those and anyone interested in bringing Care more systemically into the world.

Why? — From global pandemics, climate change, political unrest and division to basic questions of the sustainability of human flourishing on planet Earth, we are in a time where Care is needed more urgently than ever on the front lines of nearly everything.

This goes beyond the basic “want” for ambiguities like “better,” “more efficient,” “peace,” and “progress.” Pressed at every front, it is time to develop a more skillful toolset around the fundamental practice of caring, for ourselves, for one another, for our world.

In this workshop we will begin to pioneer together a more sophisticated and more simplified Care Awareness, an essential life’s blood nutrient for our nascent global currencies of well-being.

When!? — Now! 🙂 Really, Saturday and Sunday, November 14 and 15th, 10 AM to 5:30 PM.

Where? – This will be an in person workshop with physical distancing and other appropriate measures in place to allow social interaction and responsible safety in light of the current health climate. Location to be announced (San Diego California.)
