Loans for Kabirs care and therapy
My son Kabir Kadre has faced and survived a financial crisis. Many friends and family members have given generously. His care runs $10,000 every month, and medical costs are virtually non-existent.
He is a very healthy-recovering quadriplegic getting ready to walk.
“Would you make a secured loan to me for my care and recovery therapy?”
Charles Parselle and John Rowell, Los Angeles attorneys have filed a lawsuit on his behalf in anticipation of an award arising from the wreck of the Ford SUV. We all understand that the expectation of an award carries a substantial risk.
Loans made to him will be secured by a Promissory Note (download PDF). At settlement time, these Notes will be addressed for repayment. Should an award not be granted to him in compensation for his injuries, the Notes will be considered his obligation.
This is the voice of Lane Coulston, Trustee for the Kabir M. Kadre Special Needs Trust. I have set up a specific bank account to receive funds loaned to Kabir for his care and recovery therapy. Kabir will sign the Promissory Notes and they will be held by his attorney Nancy Gibson in Missoula, Montana.
Thank you for your generosity and your faith in his ability to rise above this disability. Kabir’s spirits are high. He says that his knowledge of friends’ generosity gives him the energy and courage to meet his task.
Please call me with any questions about a loan you may consider.
